Terms of Service
1. Acceptance
By accessing pavforest.com, the customer panel, or any related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Pavforest provides game-server hosting tools, a web control panel, and related infrastructure for Pavlov and similar titles. Features, pricing, and availability may change at any time without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, specific performance levels, or compatibility with every mod, map, or third-party tool.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials, Discord login, RCON passwords, and any servers you connect to the panel. You must provide accurate information and keep access details secure. You are liable for all activity under your account.
4. Payment & refunds
All fees are charged as displayed at checkout or on our pricing page. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or prorated returns for any reason, including but not limited to: unused time, dissatisfaction, server performance, game updates, bans, suspensions, downtime, migration, or early cancellation. Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate termination of service.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to violate any law, infringe others’ rights, distribute malware, attack networks, harass users, or host illegal content. We may suspend or terminate access immediately, without refund, if we believe you have violated these terms or pose a risk to the platform or other customers.
6. Third-party services
The Service may integrate with or depend on third parties (e.g. Discord, Steam, game publishers, payment processors). Pavforest is not affiliated with Vankrupt Games or Pavlov. We are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, API limits, or actions taken by those providers.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PAVFOREST AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, game progress, virtual items, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Pavforest in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or (b) fifty US dollars ($50).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pavforest from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your servers, your content, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive (including payment, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.
11. Changes
We may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
