This Privacy Policy explains how Pavforest collects, uses, and shares information when you use pavforest.com, the customer panel, and related services (the “Service”).
1. Information we collect
- Account data: When you sign in with Discord, we receive information Discord provides (such as your Discord user ID and username) to authenticate you and associate your saved servers with your account.
- Server & panel data: Information you enter in the panel (server names, hostnames, ports, RCON credentials, settings, support messages) so we can operate the Service for you.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, and logs related to security, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting.
- Cookies: Session cookies used to keep you logged in and secure the Service. Support chat also requires cookie consent and uses local storage for guest ticket sessions.
2. How we use information
We use collected information to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the Service
- Authenticate users and maintain sessions
- Connect to your game servers via RCON on your behalf
- Respond to support requests
- Detect abuse, fraud, and security incidents
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information.
3. How we share information
We may share information only when necessary:
- Service providers: Hosting, infrastructure, and payment processors that help run the Service under confidentiality obligations.
- Discord: When you choose “Continue with Discord” for login, Discord’s own privacy policy applies to data handled on their side.

- Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
4. Data retention
We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal requirements. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us; some logs may be retained where required for security or legal compliance.
5. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and RCON passwords.
6. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
7. International users
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. By using the Service, you consent to such processing.
8. Your choices
You may log out, disconnect servers from your account, or contact us via support tickets (after accepting cookies). You can decline optional cookies, but support chat will not be available without consent.

We may update this policy by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
